After his bachelors in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Davis moved to Germany in 2017 to complete his Masters in Chemistry specializing in Magnetic Resonance from University of Bonn. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree at Forschungzentrum Jülich in Germany where he investigates redox processes in Organic Polymer Batteries using Electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.
He enjoys cooking, surreal humor, casual programming, visiting museums and writing poetry.

Haimanthi has a master’s degree in Human Disease Genetics from the Centre for Human Genetics, Bengaluru. She is a science enthusiast, illustrator, creative writer and loves exploring beyond her domain. She also is an avid reader and her favourite genres are popular science, science fiction, philosophy and classical literature. Jess Nagpal is a Yoga teacher, Wellness Coach, and a Plant-based Chef who left her Computer Science profession behind to follow her passion. She is passionate about exploring yogic sciences, scriptures, teaching others to follow a holistic lifestyle. She loves to explore and cook with plants, study their underlying medicinal properties and their effects on our health. After spending almost 8 years in Germany, Sweden, and Australia, she is currently in India working as a freelancer in yoga and wellness sector for The Art of Living Organization. Lilit is a PhD candidate pursuing her degree in Medical Genetics and Psychiatry in Canada. She has been involved in many research studies in Armenia, Germany and Canada. She started her academic journey by earning her BSc degree in Yerevan State University and National Academy of Sciences, in Armenia. She moved to Germany to obtain her MSc degree at the University of Bonn, Germany. Rijutha Jaganathan is a PhD student at Aarhus University, Denmark. She is an early stage researcher under the Marie-Sklodowska Curie ITN, funded under Horizon 2020 – ‘’EUROPAH’’. She combines her passion for astronomy with experimental surface science techniques like Scanning Tunneling Microscopy and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy to study and understand the catalytic properties of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the interstellar medium. She is equally passionate about art, architecture and history. When she is not in the lab, she is either engrossed in a book with a mug of coffee or is exploring a city by foot with a camera in hand.
Shambhavi (AKA Sam) is a biologist studying animal behaviour and neuroscience at the Humboldt University, Berlin. When she’s not chasing bats or running trails, she’s usually busy hunting for a perfectly-tailored humorous metaphor. Science writing for her is an art; she believes her work is done when anybody who reads her pieces has not only learned something fascinating but feels smarter in the process.
